Please consider the use, application and size of your sign or banner when assembling your artwork.
Artwork can be produced for your banner or sign. Email us with your requirements and any pictures you wish included. Please ensure they conform to the file format and resolution below. An email containing your estimate and proof will be returned for your approval and payment.
Print ready artwork should be supplied as a jpeg, tiff, pdf or eps file at 300 dpi.
Please note, artwork supplied as 'print ready' is considered to be so. Files supplied as such will be sent directly to press and no responsibility will be taken on our part for issues arising from supplied artwork.
Files supplied should ideally be sent at 50% of finish size, i.e. a 30’ x 7’ banner (9140mm x 2131mm) should be produced using a 180” x 42” document. The files output resolution should be 300dpi, and presented in CMYK colour mode.
JPG files should be saved, where possible with the minimum compression ratio applied, retaining a larger file size, but ensuring maximum quality of the artwork for press.
TIF files should be saved with LZW compression applied, ensuring maximum file size savings.
PDF and EPS files should be supplied with all scans/images in place, in CMYK colour mode, at a resolution of no less that 300dpi.
All fonts should be outlined / embedded in the file, ensuring no external font data is required when opening the file.
Pantone colours cannot be accurately matched using CMYK, though we will always operate within a certain tolerance, and every effort will be made to closely match any specified colour references.
If you are unsure about any part of the process please contact our design team for assistance.
We Reconmend a clip in each corner of the banner with additional clips top and bottom every 3 feet (1 metre).
Unlike eyelets, the clips can be moved along the banner to suit any fixing location.
